These are my favorite hypnosis therapy videos from YouTube. I think there is a lot of data out there to support the theory that hypnosis works. We are bombarded with hypnotic suggestion every day through television, radio, and other forms of media. Most of these messages are aimed and inspiring us to buy a product or service. But I think it can also be used to combat the negative stimulus we receive and replace it with messages that will change our way of thinking in a positive way.
Of course I have no evidence to support that this will be of any benefit to anyone. As with anything, it's all a matter of what you are willing to believe and open your mind to. But I honestly think in the case of bipolar and anxiety disorders, affirming and reaffirming positive thoughts about ourselves is very helpful with symptom management. Therefore viewing these videos on a daily basis will increase chances of successful treatment of both bipolar and anxiety disorders.
